Common questions

How do credits work?

Buy a pack once and use it whenever you need a new summary or translation. Credits do not expire and there is no monthly charge.

How many credits does a video cost?

Up to 1 hour costs 1 credit; over 1 hour and up to 3 hours costs 3 credits. Each additional started hour costs another credit. Duration is estimated from captions. You confirm the allowance before work starts.

What if the duration is not known yet?

You can authorize up to 1 credit. If the video needs more, the job stops and releases that credit. Review the updated cost to try again.

Can I read summaries for free?

Yes. Existing summaries are free to read. Try one new summary per IP per day without an account, within trial limits. Create an account for 5 free credits once; longer videos use more credits. Existing users at launch receive 50 gift credits in total.

What happens if a summary fails?

Reserved credits are released when a job fails. Your account shows the available balance, reservations and credit history.
